Administrative Board

 
This Board has nine members.

Meets the second Saturday of the month at 9 a.m. in the Library.

The duties of this Board are:

1) Be financial Leaders of the Church.

2) Raise, manage and authorize the disbursement of all monies of the Church.

3) Borrow money when necessary.

4) Custodians and managers of Church property.

5) Sign every contract entered into by the Church.

6) Responsible for audits, budgets, memorials, stewardship and scholarship.

7) Seek and hire custodians and administrative assistants, when necessary.

8) Set salaries and wages for all hired personnel.

9) Authorize the termination of any hired personnel, when necessary.

10) Appoint a member to service on the Trust Fund Board.

11) Oversee the financials of the Day Care
